Relationship breakdown happens much more often than we would like to admit.
The notion of anything “breaking down” is bad in and of itself, let alone our very own relationship breakdowns.

There is a tool that can help u clear these thoughts from your mind,
essentially reprogramming your mind.
You first write down the negative thought that keeps running through your head. Then what you do is rewrite the phrase so it is something positive for you.
Every time you have the negative thought replace it with the positive thought.
If you have a number of negative thoughts running through your head like a tape loop, it's probably best to work on fixing one at a time.I
suggest writing this down and keeping it with you,
so when the negative thought starts,
u can remember the positive phrase and immediately replace it in your mind.
